GET IN TOUCH
The easiest next step is a 15-minute call
There's no pressure — it's a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work, and for me to make sure I'm a good match for what you're looking for.
CURRENT AVAILABILITY
Accepting new clients. With a flexible schedule, typically within about two weeks. For a specific day or time, it may take 3–4 weeks to open that slot — though I usually have at least one opening in the meantime.
Pick a time
Book the free 20-minute consultation right here — no email back-and-forth, and you'll get confirmation immediately.
What happens after you schedule
You found me online — maybe through Psychology Today or a search — and you're wondering what actually happens next. Here's exactly what to expect.
01
Pick a time
Choose a slot in the scheduler above, based on my current availability.
Share a few details
02
Name, email, phone. It helps — though it isn't required — to add a sentence about what you're generally looking for.
Get a confirmation
03
As soon as you submit — no waiting to find out whether the time was accepted.
I’ll call you
04
At the scheduled time, at the number you provided, and I'll check that it's still a good time to talk.
We get to know each other
05
A two-way conversation — I'll ask what you're looking for, and it's a good time to ask me anything.
An honest read, if needed
06
If a concern falls outside what my training covers in depth, I'll say so — and we can talk through other options together.
Three ways to reach me
I don't publish a phone number or email address — it draws far more spam than it does clients. These three all reach me directly, and I respond within two business days.
FASTEST
Book the consultation call
Pick a time from the calendar near the top of this page. Confirmation is immediate — you'll know the slot is yours before you close the tab.
IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION FIRST
Send a message
The short form just below. Useful if you'd rather ask something before committing to a time, or if none of the available slots work.
ALREADY BROWSING THERE
Psychology Today
If you found me through my directory listing, messaging me there works just as well — it reaches the same inbox.
Send a message
Everything past your name and one way to reply is optional.
Please don't include detailed clinical information — this form isn't encrypted. A sentence about what you're generally looking for is plenty.
Parking
Parking is free. Two-hour spots right by the front door; if those are taken, several lots sit behind the building, with additional street parking on Cherry Street.
There's a tree-lined courtyard if you want a few minutes to yourself before a session, or to sit with something afterwards before driving home. Plenty of clients use it.
-
North end of Old Town, near Lee Martinez Park, in a shared space with other wellness practitioners. Parking is free — two-hour spots right by the front door, several lots behind the building, plus street parking on Cherry Street.

Yes. State licensing requires you to be physically located in Colorado at the time of your appointment — not just a Colorado resident. If you travel out of state, we'd need to reschedule rather than meet remotely.
-
Typically within two business days, by whichever method you asked me to use. If you've scheduled a consultation, I'll call you at the time you selected. If more than three business days pass and you haven't heard from me, please send the form again or message me through Psychology Today — occasionally a message doesn't come through, and I'd much rather you follow up than assume I'm not interested.

Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough sense of what's bringing you in and any questions you want to ask, but you don't need it articulated perfectly — figuring that out is part of what therapy is for.
Before you reach out
If you’re in crisis
Please call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room. I'm not able to provide immediate crisis support between sessions.
